If You Could Travel Back in Time, What Would You Change About Tech? [Chatroom]

Our comment guru Tony Kaye had an interesting question, so we figured we'd present it to you. Imagine you had the ability to travel back in time. Knowing what you know now, what would you make different in the tech world? What tech would you bring with you? Would you create Facebook before Facebook? Would you convince Reed Hastings never to attempt the Qwikster disaster? Would you terrify people with your iPod touch? Or maybe you'd subtly insert yourself into photos with people of the time? Let's get hypothetical. More »

Anti Aging Skin Cream For The New Generation | ArticleWebby.com

Monday, July 30th, 2012. Author : russell11. 19 views.

It starts with a wish, which gradually turns into a passionate desire. The wish is to look young forever. Biologically, it is impossible. However, in the world of beauty and cosmetics, eternal youth is a reality. This is the reason why the wish has turned into a desire to find the best anti aging skin cream that traps your youth and preserves it for as long as possible.

Where is beauty?

The beauty industry works on such desires. In fact, this multi-billion industry is flourishing, due to women?s passionate desire to look beautiful at all times. They do not want a spot or line on their face ever.

That is why you can find so many unhappy faces in the real world, as you get zits, spots, and lines. After all, we are living in a polluted, stressful environment with tempting junk food and makeup options to feed our stomach and skin, respectively.

Does this surprise you that a generation gorging on processed food is now complaining of unhealthy skin? What you eat shows on your skin. Poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle are the major reasons for premature aging.
Today, it is common to find women in their 30?s frantically searching for an anti aging skin cream. What is happening to beauty? Gone are the days of Cleopatras and Helens. They bathed in milk and we bathe in chemicals.

Hydroxatone cream? What is it?

Well, everyone believes that it is an endeavor by a brand to give women their lost beauty back. Pollution will stay and so will the erratic lifestyle. The only way to fulfill your desire of trapping youth is using a natural-based formulation that keeps the skin cells motivated enough to continue producing collagen and elastin, the two vital proteins that maintain the skin?s youth.

It is when your skin chooses to become lazy and not produce enough collagen and elastin, creases form on the surface. Collagen acts as a pillar supporting the structure of your skin. When its level declines, the structure starts collapsing. This explains the sagging and wrinkling of the skin. Hydroxatone is one cream that visibly reduces the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and crow\?s feet with its effective ingredients.

You can get a 30-day free Hydroxatone cream trial on the Internet. Many women, especially those who have been cheated by other creams that failed to work, find it hard to trust another cream. Isn?t it ironical? People fearlessly stuff themselves with ?bad? food and cigarette smoke, which hastens aging. When it comes to trying a new formula for restoring skin\?s health, people hesitate.

Act before it is too late

Aging is progressive. This is no phase that will get over after a period. Once it starts, it will continue until your last breath. You got a couple of fine lines on your forehead today, but after a few months, you may notice some more. Do not be shocked to see a frown line appear too.

Get an anti aging skin cream before your wrinkles become deep and tough to work on. Catching aging signs in their earliest stage is wise. You can correct the flaws and restore your skin?s beauty. Once the wrinkles deepen, you may need a separate and more powerful formulation to deal with them.

The Hydroxatone cream is the best anti aging skin cream, as it visibly reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. To know more about the cream, get a free Hydroxatone trial pack, or buy the cream, just visit the brand\?s website.

Even if you spend a lot of time managing your personal finances, you probably don?t think of your income and spending in terms of cash flow. If they use the term at all, most people think that cash flow is something that businesses have to worry about. But you also have a cash flow, and figuring out whether it?s positive or negative is an important part of managing your money.

Cash flow planning is the foundation of all Financial Planning, because it allows you to:* Assess your ability to meet your goals. * Project your future cash flow needs. * Identify opportunities to increase income and/or decrease expenditures. * Make portfolio adjustments to meet your investment objectives with less risk.

To properly manage your personal finances you should understand the basics of cash flow and its importance in supporting your budget. Simply put, cash flow is the flow of cash in and out of your accounts.

Cash inflows include salary and other sources of cash-based income. Cash outflows include bill payments, including mortgage or rent, living expenses, utilities, and repayment of debt. You can be considered to be properly managing your personal cash flow if you never bounce a check and rarely, if ever, have to take out a loan or use a credit card to make ends meet.

Businesses need a constant flow of money to manage operations. This money can be used to pay employees, invest in inventory, retire high-interest debt obligations, or even to avoid insolvency. The financing of a business is a critical component to its success and longevity. Without it, a business may not be able compete aggressively in its market. There are several options for companies which need financing. These include business credit lines, grants, angel funding and even credit cards. Below, we?ll explain how business finance is important to cash flow management and a company?s growth.

Managing Daily Cash Flow

The daily operations of a business can have an unpredictable and precarious effect on cash flow. Sales may generate revenue, but that revenue may be delayed in receivables or it may be earmarked for inventory purchases. Meanwhile, employees and monthly bills must be paid. You should talk with your bank manager to arrange a business credit line to help manage your company?s daily cash flow. This credit line provides financing for your business when your checking account lacks funds.

You should also have a few business credit cards. These are helpful in the event that you?ve used your credit line and need additional financing. They?re also useful for small, necessary purchases (for example, office supplies). Because business credit cards will usually carry less-favorable terms than a bank credit line, they should only be used when necessary.

Business Loans and Raising Money

Often, a business will need to find a large source of money. They may want to buy another business, invest in larger facilities, or launch a second line of products. These things require a sizable investment; credit lines and credit cards may not offer a sufficient source of funding. But, you can apply for small business loans and grants. To qualify for a loan or grant, you?ll likely need to create a marketing plan that describes your company?s intent.

You can also look to angel investors to raise money. Similar to applying for a loan or grant, you?ll need a plan. Angels invest their own funds into a business with the hopes of enjoying a high rate of return. Your plan should detail how you intend to accomplish that.

Business Finance For The Growing Company

Your business has several financing options for managing daily cash flow and raising money for larger expenditures. Ideally, you should consider pursuing a few different sources of funding. Begin with arranging a business credit line and credit card with your local bank. While you build that relationship, start looking into small business loans and grants. Finally, for a major influx of needed funds, begin approaching potential angel investors. Eventually, you?ll be able to take advantage of better sources of financing as your business grows.

How Much Should You Invest In Your Business?

Plant in hand

If you?re a solo professional running your own service-based business?such as a coach, consultant or other ?expert??you may wonder how much money you should invest each year in activities to grow yourself and your business. Activities such as marketing, and professional or personal development.

It?s tough to find an answer to that question.

Traditional marketing guidelines used to suggest that a service-based business ought to invest between 5% and 10% of its annual revenue in marketing. That means if your annual gross revenue is $100,000 you would invest somewhere between $5000 and $10,000 per year in marketing.

As a solo-professional in today?s online business world you?re likely encouraged to spend a lot more than that. Particularly when you factor in money spent on personal or professional development. That might include coaching, mastermind groups, courses, seminars, conferences, and information products? all marketed as necessary things to grow yourself and your business.

Back when I worked in a corporate job, we had a Professional Development budget.

Each year, management level employees had a set amount of money that could be spent on conferences to continue their education and gain knowledge to help them do their job better. The amount varied depending on the company I worked for, but it was rarely more than enough to cover one conference per year.

As a solo-professional today, you?re likely inundated every single day with invitations to spend money on coaches, conferences, products and services to grow your business and yourself. The question is, have you set a budget based on how much money your business makes, or how much you project to make, to invest in these opportunities? Or, are you just winging it, and investing in whatever comes your way that sounds good?

The latter is a dangerous proposition.

As I have shared quite openly in my book Breaking the Spell, I allowed my spending on marketing and personal/professional development to get out of hand. And, it turned a long-time profitable business into an unprofitable one, very quickly.

It?s interesting to look back at what I invested in marketing and development and the impact it had on my business. Had I set an annual marketing and development budget for myself, I very likely would have avoided getting so caught up, and ultimately running my business into the ground.

Here?s what the spending that did my business in, looked like?

Prior to 2006 I consistently spent less than 10% of my gross revenue on marketing and development. The majority of my business came from referrals and word-of-mouth, my expenses were extremely low, and my business was highly profitable.

Then I got involved in personal development and internet marketing, so I could reach more people and make more money.

From 2006 through 2008, I spent between 30% and 40% of gross revenue on marketing and development, and while my business made a decent profit each of those years, that profit did not grow significantly year over year. In 2009, I invested a whopping 69% of my gross revenue in marketing and development and interestingly, my business revenue dropped by 53% that year.

It doesn?t appear all that investing was doing what it was supposed to be doing: growing me and growing my business.

It?s embarrassing to look at, and share, those numbers.

I mean who spends nearly 70% of revenue to grow a business? It?s insane. And I swear, I am not insane! What I was, was spellbound. Believing what I was being taught? that I needed to keep investing more to keep earning more. History should have told me otherwise, but when you?re under a spell, you don?t see things clearly.

I can tell you I was not alone.

I know of many other people who invested money they didn?t even have, much less a large percentage of the revenue they were making. Sadly, I saw this spending encouraged by the success ?experts? far too often.

The truth is my business was more successful and more profitable before I invested so much of my revenue into personal and professional growth.

I?m not saying that we shouldn?t invest anything in ourselves or our businesses. What I am saying is I think as solo professionals we need to act more like real business owners and budget a reasonable amount to invest in growth. By doing so we force ourselves to seriously consider and evaluate what we?re spending our money on, we ensure that we?ll be making well-thought-out spending decisions and not just emotional ones, and we can ensure the continued profitability of our businesses.

My question for you is, have you allocated budgets for marketing and development, or are you just winging it? Are you tracking your gross revenue and your business? profitability? Are you getting a return on investment (ROI) for all that you are spending on marketing and development?

As a business owner, you owe it to yourself and your business to track the numbers. I made the mistake of not monitoring my numbers closely enough. And, I paid the price. And I know for a fact I am not the only one.

Take care of business and your business will take care of you.

What do you think?

Please post a comment and share, and let?s start a conversation.

Friend defends man held in Md. shooting plot as ?gentle giant?

WASHINGTON (AP) ? A Maryland man accused of threatening to shoot up his workplace and who police say called himself "a joker" is a "gentle giant" who collected firearms for target practice and had expressed concerns about someone breaking into his apartment, a friend said Saturday.

Mike Cochran told The Associated Press in an email that Neil E. Prescott, accused of threatening a mass workplace shooting earlier in the week, had an active sense of humor. Cochran said his friend was "no stranger to sarcasm regardless of political correctness" and was fond of T-shirts with sarcastic or inflammatory comments. When first approached by officers, police say Prescott was wearing a shirt that said, "Guns don't kill people. I do."

Cochran said he couldn't imagine that Prescott, 28, who police say was in the process of being fired from his job, intended to be taken seriously when he allegedly told a supervisor: "I'm a joker and I'm gonna load my guns and blow everybody up."

"The Neil I know made those comments sarcastically in an environment where he felt he could make them without being taken seriously," Cochran said in an email.

Prescott was taken into custody at his apartment in Crofton, near Annapolis, on Friday morning for an emergency psychiatric evaluation. No charges, either state or federal, had been brought against him of Saturday. Police found a cache of about two dozen weapons, including semi-automatic rifles and pistols, and several thousand rounds of ammunition. At least some of the firearms were legally acquired, authorities say.

It wasn't immediately clear if or when the threat was to be carried out, but last week's mass shooting at a Colorado movie theater during the latest Batman movie ? coupled with the "joker" reference ? put police on edge and gave the comments extra urgency.

"We can't measure what was prevented here, but what was going on over the last 36 hours was a significant incident in the county. And we think a violent episode was avoided," county police Chief Mark Magaw said Friday.

Prescott is a physically imposing man ? online court records for a 2007 speeding ticket list him as 6 feet 7 inches and 270 pounds. He was an avid firearms collector who also had an interest in electronics and computers and was known to spin house records as a disc jockey at Baltimore nightclubs, Cochran said.

A search for Neil Prescott on a website that tracks users' online activities led to a profile that appears to be him on mdshooters.com, a website for state gun enthusiasts. On it, he appears to trade advice about acquiring firearms and at times conveyed concern about break-ins near his apartment.

Cochran, who also posts on the site, said he received one message from Prescott last November that said: "Might be sleeping in tomorrow, just had a suspicious male at my door. Notified PD but am gonna be lookin out tonight. Some crazy breakins near me recently."

Prescott was an employee of a subcontractor for software and mailroom supplier Pitney Bowes. Police say he was either in the process of being fired or had already lost his job when he made the threats during two separate phone calls with a supervisor on Monday morning. The supervisor said the comments made him fear for his life, and he declined to comment Saturday to a reporter who showed up at his house.

He at one point said he wished to see his supervisor's "brain splatter all over the sidewalk," but also acknowledged that he shouldn't be saying such things over the phone, according to an application in support of a search warrant. The threats were then reported to the police.

Cochran said he's known Prescott since 2001, when they were colleagues at a technical support outsourcing company. He said he was a network engineer.

"With his skill set and education he would have had no problems finding other work with good pay. Neil did not at any point indicate to me that he had problems with where he was working," Cochran wrote.

Pitney Bowes spokeswoman Carol Wallace said Prescott had not been on any Pitney Bowes property in at least four months.

Penn State adequately covered for lawsuits, president says

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Penn State is adequately covered to handle lawsuits stemming from the sexual abuse scandal that has enveloped the campus, its president said, repeating that the university hopes to settle many of them ''as quickly as possible'' even though its insurer has sought to limit claims.

Rodney Erickson told CBS's ''Face the Nation'' program in an interview taped for broadcast Sunday that the university has general liability coverage like any institution of its size.

''We believe that we are adequately covered,'' he said in a clip posted Saturday on the program's website.

''In addition to that, we hope to be able to settle as many of these cases as quickly as possible,'' Erickson said. ''We don't want to, if at all possible, drag victims through another round of court cases and litigation. If we can come to an agreement with them, with their attorneys, we believe that would be the best possible outcome in this whole very, very difficult, tragic situation.''

Retired assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was convicted last month of abusing 10 boys over 15 years in one of the worst scandals in sports history.

Penn State's general liability insurer sought last week to deny or limit coverage for Sandusky-related claims. Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association Insurance argued that Penn State withheld key information needed to assess risk.

In a memo filed in court in Philadelphia, the company argued that Penn State failed to disclose that it had information about Sandusky that ''was material to the insurable risk assumed by PMA.'' The company, which has long insured the university, also argued that its policies after March 1, 1992, were amended to exclude ''abuse or molestation'' and that coverage for such behavior is excluded as a matter of public policy in Pennsylvania.

On Thursday, attorneys announced that a man has come forward to say that he was the one that prosecutors say Sandusky assaulted in the school's football locker room showers. The identity of that boy has been one of the biggest mysteries of the case, and the handling of that accusation against Sandusky cost veteran coach Joe Paterno his job and brought accusations of a cover-up by high-level university officials, two of whom await trial on charges of perjury and failure to report suspected child abuse.

Another accuser has filed paperwork indicating an additional complaint is in the works, while other lawyers also have indicated they represent men with potential claims.

In June, after Sandusky was convicted of 45 sex abuse counts, the university said it hoped to quickly compensate victims and would reach out to their lawyers. Penn State spokesman Dave La Torre declined to comment on anything related to the victims and any settlement discussions.

Erickson said in a Washington Post op-ed on Saturday that he didn't suggest NCAA sanctions imposed Monday - a $60 million fine, a four-year bowl game ban, reduced football scholarships and the forfeiture of 112 wins - and didn't take the repercussions lightly, but the actions were preferable to ''the alternative'' - a multiyear ban on football.''

Such a ban, he wrote, ''would have been far more detrimental to the healing process of our students and alumni.''

Erickson said many feel it is unfair that students, faculty, staff and alumni ''who had no involvement, or even knowledge of who Jerry Sandusky was, now share in the responsibility of leaders who failed.''

''I think, however, that acceptance of this responsibility will be essential to our ability to lay a new foundation and integral to the long-term character of our institution,'' he said. ''In the face of this adversity, I am proud of the many students, faculty and alumni who have banded together with grace, humility and determination.

Queen tours Olympic Park after debut as Bond Girl

LONDON (AP) ? Queen Elizabeth II toured London's Olympic heartland Saturday hours after she surprised a worldwide audience by starring as the newest Bond Girl.

The queen got a bird's eye view of the Olympic Park complex atop the 377-foot (115-meter) Orbit sculpture beside the stadium, where on Friday night she officially opened the 2012 Games. Her husband Prince Philip and London Mayor Boris Johnson accompanied her as she rode up two floors in the sculpture's elevator to meet designer Anish Kapoor.

Dressed in a royal blue silk dress, crepe coat and matching hat, the queen could be heard remarking at the views of the London skyline and countryside up to 20 miles (32 kilometers) away. She was also wearing a brooch given to her in 1948, the last time London hosted the Olympics and four years before her accession to the throne.

Johnson said the queen had told him she was "very, very impressed with the success of her first film appearance, her first dramatic venture. It was very funny and seems to have gone down particularly well with the international audiences."

Buckingham Palace confirmed that the 86-year-old monarch agreed last year to participate in Danny Boyle's film portion of his four-hour opening ceremony extravaganza. Filming took place at the palace in March and April and featured three of the queen's corgi dogs: Monty, Holly and Willow.

Boyle's production involved Daniel Craig, the reigning James Bond, striding into Buckingham Palace to escort his VIP guest to the Olympic ceremony. Many watching had expected a famous actress to play the role of the queen, and untold thousands in the audience audibly gasped as the real-life queen was seen to swivel round in her desk chair and declare: "Good evening, Mr. Bond."

At the end of the film segment, two stuntmen dressed as Bond and the queen parachuted from a helicopter into the stadium, and moments later Elizabeth and Philip emerged in the stands.

The queen offered more surprises Saturday as she paid a walking visit to the athletes village and met about 150 members of the British Olympic team. Spectators took in the scene from balconies draped in Union Jack flags.

"For her to come through and meet the athletes, and see where we're living, it was amazing," said Rose Anderson, 24, a member of the women's basketball team.

"She went inside one of the athletes' bedrooms and chatted to us. It was just awesome, especially after last night," she said, referring to the opening ceremony. "Last night will never be topped. I'll never get an experience like that again, and then this will never be topped either."

The queen also met athletes from other nations in the dining hall.

"She's beautiful," said Jess Fox, who competes for Australia in the canoe slalom. "We saw her from afar last night in the stadium, but it was amazing to see her like this."

CALGARY (Reuters) - Canada's Enbridge Inc. said an oil spill in Wisconsin had forced it to shut down part of the main pipeline system delivering Canadian crude to U.S. refiners on Friday, a fresh blow for a firm already facing fierce criticism from regulators.

Almost two years to the day after a major spill on a different part of its network, Enbridge shut down Line 14 after a leak that it estimated at around 1,200 barrels of oil. The 318,000 barrel per day (bpd) line, part of the Lakehead system, carries light crude oil to Chicago-area refineries.

"Enbridge is treating this situation as a top priority," said Richard Adams, vice president of U.S. Operations at Enbridge. "We are bringing all necessary resources to bear."

The cause of Friday's spill was undetermined and Enbridge Energy Partners said it had no estimate on when flows would resume. Line 14 is one of four lines that ship mainly Canadian crude via Lakehead, a 2.5 million bpd network that is the principle route for Canadian exports.

The news will not help Enbridge build public trust in its network, which has come under scrutiny following several high-profile incidents, including a spill in Alberta last month and a massive leak in Michigan two years ago.

Just weeks ago, the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board delivered a scathing report of Enbridge's handling of the July 2010 rupture of its Line 6B near Marshall, Michigan, which led to more than 20,000 barrels of crude leaking into the Kalamazoo River. U.S. pipeline regulators fined it $3.7 million for the spill, their largest ever penalty.

The incidents have caused furor just as the company seeks approval for its C$6 billion Northern Gateway pipeline to Canada's West Coast from Alberta amid staunch opposition from environmental groups and native communities that warn against oil spills on land and in coastal waters.

This month, Enbridge Chief Executive Pat Daniel acknowledged in an interview with Reuters that the criticism of the company, especially from the U.S. regulator, makes it more difficult to convince Canadians to support Northern Gateway.

"It really raises some serious questions about the system, and we really have to take a hard look at this," said Dan Woynillowicz, spokesman for the Pembina Institute, a Canadian-based energy and environment think tank.

The spate of incidents shows the need for regulators to take a much more active role in investigation and enforcement, possibly including more physical checks by regulators of data submitted by operators, he said.

This month, under growing public pressure, Alberta said it would launch a probe into its pipeline network.

KEYSTONE COPS

In its report earlier this month, the NTSB said it found a complete breakdown of company safety measures, and that Enbridge employees performed like "Keystone Kops" trying to contain it. The rupture, which went undetected for 17 hours, spilled more than 20,000 barrels of heavy crude.

The board said the main failure was due to multiple small "corrosion-fatigue cracks" that grew over time to create a breach in the pipe over 80 inches long. It said Enbridge knew for years that the section of pipe was vulnerable.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, or PHMSA, said its probe uncovered two dozen regulation violations related to the leak, which spawned a massive clean up that the company has estimated will cost more than $700 million.

In response to the report, Enbridge said it believed its personnel were trying to do the "right thing" at the time.

Enbridge said Line 14 was a 24-inch diameter pipe that was installed in 1998, making it a relatively new line. In most cases, smaller pipeline leaks can be repaired quickly allowing operations to resume pumping, although regulators may require significant work if they find any cause for alarm. Following the leak two years ago Line 6B was shut for over two months.

No injury was reported at the line, which is near Grand Marsh, Wisconsin, Enbridge said.

The Key Drivers for Gold and Silver Prices | Gold News

Risk appetite, safe haven demand and the prospects for QE3 are key factors for precious metals...

BNP PARIBAS analyst Anne-Laure Tremblay has been with the firm ?for over five years. She covers commodity derivatives forecasts for gold, silver, palladium and platinum and contributes to the Metals chapter of BNP Paribas's Global Outlook publication. Hard Assets Investor caught up with Tremblay in BNP Paribas' London office recently to discuss the latest developments in the gold market.

Hard Assets Investor: After falling off the radar for a short while, it looks like Eurozone fears are back as a driver of financial markets. Spanish yields spiked to a record high of 7.75 percent this week. What impact will this have on gold?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: Gold tends to be seen as a safe haven, which means that it tends to react less to bad news. Gold does not go up when there is extreme risk-aversion as the events of the past few months have shown. But it goes down by less than other commodities, for example, when there is an episode like we're seeing at the moment, where people are worried about countries in the Eurozone defaulting. Any aggravation of the risk-aversion linked to the Eurozone crisis would probably drive gold lower, but less so than any other commodity.

On the other hand, risk-aversion episodes would probably force central banks to intervene by increasing the amount of liquidity in the markets. This consequence of an episode of extreme risk aversion would be beneficial for Gold Prices.

If we get QE3 or the ECB decides to relaunch LTRO [long term refinancing operation], then there would be a positive effect in gold.

HAI: You recently said that you see the Fed announcing QE3 as soon as next month. Why do you think the central bank will act now, and what will it do for gold?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: The outlook for the US economy will warrant an intervention. The Federal Reserve has been very clear that it is currently closely monitoring the job market in particular. We expect the job market to be sufficiently weak for the Fed to intervene at the end of August.

The intervention of the Fed through a third round of quantitative easing (QE3) would be positive for gold. It is worth looking at what happened in the previous two rounds. Each time, gold was a strong beneficiary of additional liquidity. There are two reasons for this?a rise in inflation expectations and weakness in the US Dollar?both of which tend to be positive for gold.

HAI: How high do you think prices for gold can rally on the back of QE3?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: We forecast that gold will average $1800 in the fourth quarter of this year. We then see prices continuing to rise into 2013, as the effects of QE3 and additional monetary accommodation, whether in the US or other countries, continue to have a positive effect on gold. We then see gold peaking in the second half of 2013, if markets stop anticipating further monetary accommodation. This is in turn dependent on an improvement in the economic outlook.

We wouldn't be surprised if gold were to reach above $1900, possibly touching $2000 next year before it ends its rally for good.

HAI: Let's move on to silver. It's had a great run-up to nearly $50 Dollars last year. But since then, it's fallen and seems to be struggling. What do you see as the next big catalyst for silver?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: There tends to be two drivers for silver. The first one is gold and the second one is risk appetite. Silver will follow gold in terms of direction 90 or 95 percent of the time. But it tends to underperform or outperform gold depending on the level of risk appetite.

The last round of quantitative easing was concomitant with a rise in risk appetite. Thus, we saw silver outperforming gold. In the first round of quantitative easing, it wasn't as clear, but overall, we saw the gold-silver ratio go down, which meant that the silver outperformed gold.

In that context, and taking our assumptions for QE3 to be launched at the end of August, we expect silver to outperform gold in the last few months of 2012. Beyond that, in the beginning of 2013, we'll see the continuing effects of QE3 and we expect silver to perform well. When these effects wane, and markets start to price in the end of monetary accommodation around the world, then silver will be particularly vulnerable to a strong sell-off.

HAI: Ahead of that sell-off, do you think silver can potentially move back to its record high or toward that area?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: We don't have a forecast for silver to move back to $50/ounce or close to it. While silver benefited from QE2 and moved significantly higher, what we saw at the end of the rally was a bubble rather than any fundamentally based rise in the price. We don't expect another bubble to form in silver, as a lot of investors lost money last year on that investment. We do have a strong positive forecast for silver, but we don't expect it to go back to its 2011 high.

HAI: You mentioned the gold-silver ratio. Is that ratio useful as a forecasting tool?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: Yes it is. Silver is driven primarily by two things: gold, and risk appetite. In part, I derive my silver forecast from the gold-silver ratio. That gold-silver ratio is determined by the level of risk appetite that I assume for the next months.

HAI: Do you have a range that you like to look at in terms of what that ratio is?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: It's more in terms of direction of the ratio. For example, at the moment, it's around 58. If there's an extreme episode of risk aversion, it could go back to its highs. For it to go back above 80, which it briefly did at the end of 2008, we would have to have a widespread contagion of risk like we had with the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. But barring that, we don't see it moving much above 65 or 70.

Conversely, the ratio went to almost 30 at the beginning of 2011. Well we don't see that coming back either because that was linked to a bubble. Even in the context of very high risk appetite, it's unlikely it would move much below 40.

HAI: What do you see as the most significant drivers of gold and silver in the short long term?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: In the short term, the main factor to watch is QE3 in the US. In that regard, the nonfarm payrolls at the beginning of August will be something that will be closely watched by the market to assess the probability of a further round of quantitative easing.

HAI: You touched on it a bit, but is it your view that the gold bull market is going to end next year after prices peak above $2,000?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: That's very much linked to monetary policy because we believe that monetary policy is the biggest driver of Gold Prices. Our assumption at the moment is that the markets will start to price in the end of accommodative measures by central banks sometime next year. It's very difficult to pinpoint when exactly that will happen, because it ultimately depends on how the economy is doing. But our current forecast is for that to happen sometime during the second half of 2013.

That doesn't mean there will be a tightening of monetary policy, it just means that markets will start to price in a future tightening of monetary policy in the US, which could happen in 2014 or even later. And once this happens, unless we have a spike in inflation, which at the moment is not in our forecast, we believe that the other factors won't be sufficiently strong to warrant a continued rally in the Gold Price.

HAI: Looking at beyond five years from now, say, when interest rates perhaps do begin to rise, will we see a more significant correction in gold and silver?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: In silver, definitely, because silver has less of a safe-haven component than gold has. But there are long-term actors in the gold market that will continue to be present in the gold market. Those include central banks, emerging markets? including India and China?which invest in gold for other reasons than short-term performance of the metal, as well as people in Europe who want to have some of their investments in physical gold.

These pockets of consumers will stay in the gold markets and will provide a floor for Gold Prices. But this floor is not necessarily $1,500. You have to remember that it was not so long ago that gold was under $1,000/ounce. The potential for a decline in the Gold Prices is quite significant, but we don't believe it will go back to $200 or $300/ounce like it was at the beginning of the gold rally.

HAI: How far can silver fall?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: Silver is much more vulnerable than gold to a decline. It's much more volatile and it's not being supported by any supply-side story. The production costs for silver are very low. Even if it were to fall to $10 an ounce, it's unlikely we would see a contraction of silver supply sufficient enough to warrant higher prices.

HAI: Would it be fair to say you think we're in the closing stages of the bull market in gold and silver?

Anne-Laure Tremblay: If you take a 12-year view, we are definitely in the last stages of the gold and silver market rallies. But that is dependent on our view of monetary policy. If that story changes, then our outlook for gold changes as well.

Some medics idled for 20 mins after Colo. massacre

(AP) ? As police officers pleaded for all available medics to converge on the scene of the Colorado movie theater massacre last week, a two-man ambulance crew and their rig were idling just a few miles away.

While some ambulances were quickly called to duty, it took dispatchers more than 20 minutes into the crisis to ask the Cunningham Fire Protection District and other nearby agencies to provide aid at the multiplex in the Denver suburb of Aurora.

By the time the Cunningham crew arrived, it was more than a half hour after authorities got first word that a gunman opened fire at a packed midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises," killing 12 people and injuring dozens of others.

Radio traffic from last Friday showed emergency personnel struggling to grasp both the scope of the tragedy and mobilize a response. The ambulance delays came during crucial minutes for the injured victims, though it's not clear whether a faster response would have saved more lives.

Officials have declined so far to release call records of the response, and the Aurora Fire Department declined to discuss the handling of ambulances from that night.

Experienced emergency responders say no response will ever be perfect. Residents in the Denver area are well aware of the turmoil that comes with mass tragedies, as police were criticized in 1999 for waiting outside Columbine High School instead of immediately pursuing two gunmen who went on a killing rampage inside.

"You always find things that you can improve the next time," said Robert Finn, a retired police and fire chief from the Dallas area who added that officials will usually conduct a post-incident analysis after big tragedies.

On the police radio transmissions, officers said they lacked sufficient medical support for about 30 minutes after the 911 calls came flooding in around 12:39 a.m. and that medical teams didn't report getting inside the theater for about 24 minutes. It wasn't clear whether police efforts to secure the multiplex contributed to the delay in getting medical teams inside.

Dispatchers began their response by quickly sending one ambulance to the scene, followed by another about three and a half minutes into the response. A third ambulance soon followed.

Over the next several minutes, first responders reported on the extent of the casualties, calling in the numbers of wounded in their areas: One said three were shot in one location. Another said someone was shot twice in the back. A third asked that rescue personnel go into the theater to help "multiple victims."

About nine minutes in, one officer in an urgent voice declared bluntly: "I need as many ambulances as we can." Four had been dispatched at that time, according to one person on the scanner traffic.

An officer said he was going to take a victim in his car.

Eleven minutes in, a first responder again barks: "Dispatch, get me some ambulances!" A coordinator replied that Rural/Metro ? the private ambulance provider for the area that also declined comment on the response ? was sending all available units in Aurora.

The Cunningham unit, however, had not been called and sat idle for 10 more minutes. The department operates separately from Aurora officials but coordinates with them on a near-daily basis.

District Fire Chief Jerry Rhodes said one of his units on duty that night had no idea about the turmoil unfolding a few miles away, in part, because they were likely sleeping due to the 24-hour-long shifts they typically staff.

Rhodes said the district's crew, including one paramedic and one emergency medical technician, received the plea for help at 1 a.m. ? about 21 minutes after officers first began rushing to the scene.

Denver Health Paramedics, which had two ambulances on the eastern side of Denver that is closest to Aurora, got its call to provide support three minutes after Cunningham. One of the units was eight minutes away.

West Metro Fire Rescue also got a similar call to send medical support ? 15 minutes after the Cunningham request.

Medical teams that were first to arrive appeared to deal with the wounded as they came upon them, which meant first handling the moviegoers who made it outside. That left other severely wounded patients inside the facility.

While fire officials in Aurora declined to comment about how they responded, Deputy Chief Chris Henderson told reporters after a brief memorial service Wednesday night that the firefighters did an incredible job.

"The lives that were saved that night. That's the comfort you take from this," Henderson said.

Scot Phelps, an experienced paramedic who works at an emergency management academy in New York, said it was clear that the lack of ambulance transport was a problem in Aurora. He said that could be due in large part to the structure of modern emergency systems, which he said are poorly funded, leaving few ambulances readily available.

Before the aid call went out to the other agencies, officers repeatedly implored dispatchers for more medical support and bemoaned the resources they had at their disposal. At one point, they also asked for an accounting of what resources were on the way.

"To be honest with you, sir, I don't know an exact count of ambulances," one person said. They added that two more ambulances were getting dispatched then.

Over the span of 10 minutes, officials mentioned multiple times the situation of a child who they could not evacuate from the theater and needed rescue. About 15 minutes in, one officer asked whether he had permission to take victims with his car.

"I have a whole bunch of people shot out here and no rescue," he said in a hurried tone. The response came immediately: "Yes, load them up, get them in cars and get them out of here."

At 18 and 20 minutes in, police coordinators repeated their calls for more medical assistance. At 27 minutes, an officer was still reporting that they were loading patients into the back of patrol cars. "Any ambos we could get would be nice," he said.

Thirty minutes into the chaos, an on-scene commander made a final, exasperated plea. He asked about Cunningham's resources and whether another private company in the area ? AMR.

"Anybody else that's in the area that we can contact?" he asked. "Maybe Cunningham? Somebody that we can get a hold of? AMR? Anybody?"

The response came back from a woman's voice that sounding equally worn. "We're working on finding additional transport rigs to assist us with transporting from the scene," she said.

Here are eight ways that your business can use your Twitter account to improve your customer service and solidify the relationship with your customers.

Let people know when you are available.

On your Twitter account, update your bio information to include your availability for customer support. This lets customers know at what time during the day they can expect you to be monitoring for questions and comments. You can also add your customer service number and email address.

Link your customer support page.

Instead of having a link to your homepage in your bio, link to your customer support page. You can also notify customers about using Twitter for customer support and the availability on your website?s customer support page.

Make it more personal.

Customers still want to know there is a human being on the other end, so be sure to adding photos of your customer service person or team to your Twitter background. When each person responds to a tweet, have them add their initials at the end. This lets customers know who they have been interacting with.

Keep an eye on privacy.

Don?t ask your customers to share their personal information or account information openly. Ask them to send you an email or, if you follow each other, send them a direct message.

Move the conversation somewhere else when needed.

Not all issues can be resolved in 140 characters or less. If a problem or question is going to require more discussion, ask them to email or call your support number directly. Don?t frustrate customers further by trying to give them a short answer.

Have a clear understanding of response times.

Whether your Twitter account is being managed in-house or through a third-party source, it is important to have a clearly defined response time and customer support schedule. Having everyone on the same page about this will ensure that customer service issues will be handled promptly.

Create content for better responses.

If you notice customers asking the same questions, start creating content that you can easily refer them to in a tweet in order to answer their questions faster and in more depth. This can include articles, blog posts, audio recordings or video tutorials. This will cut down on how much time needs to be spent on repetitive customer support issues.

Consider having an account dedicated to customer support.

As more and more customers start to reach out to your company through Twitter, it might be necessary to set up a dedicated team and account for customer service issues. This will make it easier to handle any questions or concerns promptly instead of having to sort through hundreds of other tweets and possibly missing one.

Twitter might be one of your least-used social networks, but opening it up as a line of communication for customer support issues is an excellent way to have clear interaction with your customers. You will be able to respond faster, which is what customers want, and without a lot of added cost, which you want.

Have you used Twitter as a way to improve customer service? What do you think the benefits of this strategy will be for your business? Share with us!

Homeschooling Questions & Answers from all over the world ...

Asthma has become an all in one critical health problem with this In each of them is major industrialized civilizations, going to be the number having to do with people with asthma increases each year. In going to be the US,the prevalence concerning asthma has doubled with your last separate decades. Much attention has been awarded with to educate yourself regarding going to be the impact having to do with environmental stressors on asthma (especially fine particulate air pollution; make an appointment with PHO #3 ?Smog, Deadlier Than Ever?). However,a lot fewer attention is that paid to learn more about the prevalence about allergies generally,to have asthma as essentially the most lots of form. Allergy ?attacks? are triggered on such basis as contact with an allergen. In going to be the classic case of seasonal hay fever, going to be the allergen is the reason that an all in one protein both to and from a multi function plant pollen particle. Although asthma usually classified as an all in one form to do with allergy, attacks can be triggered do not one of the more based on common allergens but take heart based on anything that irritates the lungs?especially fine particulates back and forth from coal exhaust. Allergies and asthma, talked about for more information regarding as practically any 1 hypersensitivity, are tolerant responses for additional details on otherwise ?innocuous? substances. Your do you feel responds as about whether or not a resource box were below attack. Allergy symptoms are your body?s attempt to learn more about get rid of the invader. Being allergic tends for additional details on owned or operated throughout the families?if your parents have allergies, you?re much more likely for more information about have allergies. However, you you may have remember not to be allergic to learn more about going to be the same a lot of information What all your family inherit is the fact an immune system that tends to educate yourself regarding overreact. And about whether or not you?re allergic for more information about a minumum of one thing, you?re more likely to be allergic to others. This idea focused Dr. Samuel Arbes and his colleagues to learn more about investigate whether going to be the increase throughout the asthma is the reason that back and forth from a good deal more allergens at least greater sensitivity. Are a good deal more it is certainly plausible having allergic reactions do nothing more than because there?s much more gadgets provoking them? Or are a number of us becoming a lot more sensitive to explore all of our environment? SENSITIVITY RISING The Arbes study was limited and only causes it to be partial answers, but take heart a resource box strongly suggests that a number of us are all over the fact becoming significantly more allergic for more information on all of our environment. The study?s findings are consistent leaving similar research and studies on Japan, louis vuitton handbags, the United Kingdom, and Denmark. Arbes looked at data back and forth from going to be the more than one latest National Health and Nutritional Examination Surveys?referred for more information on as NHANES II and NHANES III?conducted back and forth from 1976 for more information on 1980 (NHANES II) and back and forth from 1988 to explore 1994 (NHANES III). NHANES II and NHANES III each conducted allergy skin tests also common allergies. Only six were going to be the same all around the the surveys: ragweed, rye grass, Bermuda grass, oak, cat dander, and the fungus Alternaria alternata that?s common all over the plants and come What Arbes found was that going to be the percentage relating to it is certainly plausible who reacted to understand more about a minimum of one relating to examples of these allergens doubled between NHANES II and NHANES III. And the percentage of it is certainly plausible which of you reacted to learn more about each to do with the individual allergens increased back and forth from a multi function as low as possible concerning two.one times as well as for ragweed to explore a multi functional there having to do with 5.five dates and times along with cat dander. Change throughout the percentage relating to it is certainly plausible who react to six common allergens?????.Percent which of you reacted all around the.Allergen?..1976-80?.1988-94?.ChangeRagweed?..12.5%???26.2%.two.1Rye.eleven.9%???26.9%.two.3Oak.five.8%???.13.2%.2.3Fungus.four.5%???.12.9%.two.9Bermuda.five.2%???.18.1%.3.5Cat.three.1%???.17.0%.five.5 There is this : big event indication that our being exposed to any of most of these allergens has increased. The increase can one of the more be explained on such basis as an increase everywhere in the sensitivity. The implication gorgeous honeymoons as well asthma is this that although all of our being exposed to environmental triggers a little as though air pollution has increased, all of our susceptibility has also increased. Why have a number of us become a great deal more sensitive? IMMUNITY AND ALLERGY Type one hypersensitivity (allergy) has to be that an unwilling response. The if you want having to do with the disease fighting capability may be the to learn about unwanted substances and organisms and prevent them both to and from doing harm. Antibodies are an all in one familiar area relating to going to be the immune system They are an all in one with safety in mind to do with memory having to do with unwanted organisms. Specialized white flow body cells called B body cells (because they?re produced everywhere in the bone marrow) write antibodies that keep in mind an invader slightly like a multi functional a virus The antibody latches onto the infection and attracts macrophages (another with safety in mind concerning white blood flow smartphone that bust-line the infections Antibody production is this orchestrated judging by another with safety in mind of white blood flow cell: a multi function any an helper T cellular (produced in the thymus) also outlined to as an all in one TH1 telephone This classic resistant response is the fact that typically accompanied on such basis as inflammation. The major concerning inflammation is because to muster the resistant system?s resources. When the endothelial body cells that form the outer surface having to do with an all in one tissue are at ease an all in one foreign substance, they receive and send around town chemical signals called cytokines. In sending going to be the signal,a couple of a lot of information happen that cook dinner entirely going to be the inflammatory response: ? the circulation of blood flow increases to going to be the tissue;- white flow of blood body cells are attracted to going to be the site; and- going to be the small flow of blood charter boats (capillaries) that supply the tissue become a lot more permeable, permitting white flow body cells to get to going to be the tissue. Antibodies are created back and forth from biochemicals called immunoglobulins. The a couple of people common immunoglobulins are designated IgG, IgA,www.famousstorelouisvuittonsale.com, and IgM. IgG has to be that present completely going to be the do you feel and composes 75% regarding all are immunoglobulins. IgA is this in your mucus membranes. IgM would be the fact upon the circulation of blood The principal antibody upon nearly any 1 hypersensitivity would be the fact IgE,a multi function minor fraction relating to total immunoglobulin. Not contrary to popular belief element is the fact located primarily as part of your tissues that come into contact leaving going to be the outside?mucous membranes and skin. When your sinuses, lungs, bowel,or perhaps skin contacts an allergen, IgE acts toward going to be the allergic protein as an antibody would be toward a multi functional virus: it latches onto a resource box and triggers an immune response on the basis of mast cells, still another specialized white circulation of blood phone Mast body cells are fat with histamine granules??mast? means ?well fed? upon German. When triggered judging by IgE, mast cells degranulate, releasing histamine. This causes inflammation. Like IgE, mast cells are concentrated where your are you most nearly fits going to be the outside?mucous membranes and skin. Just as an antibody ?remembers? a multi function illness an allergen-specific form about IgE ?remembers? that allergen. The a lot more being exposed to an allergen in your environment, the a good deal more inflammation and allergy symptoms with all of the Unlike antibody-mediated reactions, IgE-mediated reactions do never involve B body cells But the method often orchestrated on the basis of an all in one more or less any two helper T handphone (TH2 mobile phone IgE?s principal a significant part in your normal function having to do with the disease fighting capability is the fact that everywhere in the vindicating against parasites. In areas during which time parasites a little as though hookworm are common, the flow of blood cholesterol levels relating to IgE are 100 dates and times even more than on the regions as low as possible in parasites. In an all in one feel safe an allergy attack happens when your disease fighting capability mistakes an allergen along with a multi functional parasite. WHY THE INCREASE IN SENSITIVITY Two theories have been offered to explain going to be the increase in your allergic sensitivity: going to be the care hypothesis and going to be the environmental stressor theory. Proponents relating to going to be the personal hygiene hypothesis originally argued that Western civilizations have sanitized their environments and as a consequence much in the way that their unwilling systems don?t released correctly That often, early being exposed to pathogens and allergens makes it possible for to set up immunity and as low as possible rates relating to allergy. While plausible research supports going to be the theory,a number of different critics point on the town significant instances during which time it does never ever maintain all the way For example, louis vuitton handbags, going to be the it is more probably rate of asthma among minority populations (unless more then one assumes they?re a great deal more hygienic simply put on such basis as holiness of their race) and going to be the it is more likely rate having to do with asthma in ?dirty? urban populations compared to the ?clean? suburbs And while rural rates relating to allergy are lower than urban rates, exactly the opposite is this : true as well as for infectious disease. In all kinds of other words, going to be the health hypothesis is the it is definitely that difference throughout the antibody and allergy resilient response would be going to be the same, but take heart they?re just do not As described on the basis of Garry Hamilton on the NewScientist, this has directed several research to rethink going to be the sanitation hypothesis. The up to the minute version says that a resource box often being exposed to certain innocuous microorganisms that trains going to be the allergy resilient response. Rural a kid have any of those exposures, while urban a young boy do rarely ever Attention has grew to become to a multi function new sort relating to T cell called an all in one suppressor T cellular phone (TS cell phone Before the recent discovery of going to be the Ts mobile immunologists believed that TH1 and TH2 body cells had to be forced into action. However,a resource box appears that throughout the fact they have to ensure they are executed back by Ts body cells thus suppressor T cellular If suppressor T body cells are underdeveloped, the a number of other T body cells can be capable of getting on the town having to do with spin out of control And contact to have innocuous microorganisms loke it is to have something to are limited to so that you have suppressor T cellular development. ENVIRONMENTAL STRESSORS The theory that environmental stressors actively and permanently disrupt all of our proof response often as much an all in one associate with as a resource box is the fact that an alternative to going to be the cleanliness theory. Air pollution has been given considerable attention as an environmental stressor. The hard evidence suggests that various forms about ep pollution never ever will show you be the reason for asthma attacks, but alter going to be the immune system everywhere over the an all in one way that advertises the IgE-mediated allergic response. Other research implicates being exposed to common herbicides and insecticides An example is always that completely new research from Sweden on such basis as Carl-Gustave Bornehag, PhD and his colleagues. Bornehag was able to find a multi functional significant relationship between phthalates and asthma and allergies. Phthalates are a class concerning chemicals to use to prepare food plastic soft and pliable (specifically, polyvinyl chloride or PVC). It is the fact which they can use all over the an all in one larger variety of if you desire these as electrical cable, fake leather, IV bags, nail polish, latex adhesives, and vinyl and carpet tile. Other Swedish researchers, Olle Johansson, PhD and his colleagues have investigated the health effects relating to electromagnetic many times radiation (EMF). Over going to be the last 50 a very long time electrical appliances and electronic gadgets radio and recently signals, and those people some time ago cell phones and wi-fi communications technologies have made all of our environment thick to have EMF. Among his findings is the fact that an association between EMF and asthma. Johansson argues that going to be the biological mechanism enchanting going to be the have an effect on is because that EMF causes an increase as part of your number about mast cells,a multi functional more advanced concentration regarding histamine on the any sexual affair mast body cells and a multi function greater reactivity about any of those body cells So going to be the same exposure to an allergen today compared to 50 some time ago risks and side effects on the an all in one stronger allergic response. PROTECTION AND PREVENTION We can reduce going to be the risk having to do with developing allergies and, also any of those allowing an individual asthma and allergies, eliminate the going to be the incidence relating to attacks. The strategy has more than one aspects: support of going to be the disease fighting capability and protection against exposures. The before anything else place to start may be the allowing an individual diet Undiagnosed food and drug administration allergies are common. The symptoms are most of the time ascribed to an all in one disease state a little as though chronic fatigue. The most convenient way way to try also food and drug administration allergies is the reason that to go throughout the an allergy elimination a diet as well as for several or at best a couple of weeks all over the all of which all your family members eliminate commonly allergic foods, especially grains, soy, dairy, and corn. When all your family members reintroduce a multi functional food and drug administration to all of which you?re allergic, you?ll have palpable symptoms. Once you?ve identified allergic foods and taken them about of your a weight loss you?re disease fighting capability is the fact that likely to a fantastic down and are generally a lot fewer likely to react to a number of other allergens. Asthma and all the other allergies are most of the time aggravated on such basis as oxidative stressors any one of these as air pollution. Oxidative panic and anxiety usually also created based on carbohydrates: compared to protein and fat, starchy foods should a good deal more much needed oxygen to metabolize. The oxidative operation creates for free radicals all of these challenge your body?s ability to mobilize going to be the antioxidants needed to neutralize going to be the free of charge radicals. A a weight loss (including additions during those times upon antioxidants contributes to lowering going to be the inflammatory change having to do with allergies. The those people an absolute must have antioxidants are vitamin C and E, coenzyme Q10, and lipoic acid. Omega three fatty acids are also important everywhere in the your a weight loss as well as reducing inflammation, as would be the fact making use of their fats and oils along with cooking that are then though everywhere over the saturated fat. Polyunsaturated fats are easily damaged when heated, unlike saturated fat. Those damaged fats contribute to going to be the inflammatory alternative The second place to search is always your a completely new one environment and going to be the potential exposures to allergens there. Dust is not at all neutral. It consists concerning potential allergens. Regularly clean surfaces that get their hands on powder snow Replace carpet all of which collects natural powder allowing you to have washable mats Because mold is a multi functional major allergen, draw attention away from living rooms warm and completely dry Air purifiers can help based on precipitating allergens out and about about going to be the ep However, you should also consider no less than one that doesn?t jot down ozone?it?s an ep pollution that creates oxidative stress Finally, there are going to be the too much info online all your family members can have to settle for to support your sometimes you may feel and reduce the effects of allergens. Herbal preparations to do with stinging nettle taken regularly during pollen season reduces or otherwise eliminates symptoms enchanting several different Homeopathic remedies also general and specific allergens are available in front of the going to be the counter top And a tried and true with regards to like an all in one neti basin that keeps sinuses moist also makes it possible for support your body?s before anything else short period having to do with criminal defense RESOURCES Allergy Resources International.
